Remote Kinesiology Session 60 Minutes

A kinesiology session is a powerful transformational tool when approaching any problem or goal as the process is uniquely tailored to your needs.

Kinesiology is a holistic modality utilising muscle testing and a range of energy balancing techniques to tap into your own innate healing wisdom and improve physical and emotional balance.

It is particularly helpful for addressing emotional trauma and associated thought patterns and limiting beliefs.

All of this can be achieved remotely as we are energetic beings. With your permission, I will use myself as a surrogate for muscle testing.
I have assisted clients to find relief from pain, body tension, anxiety, brain fog, low mood, lack of motivation or clarity, trouble focusing or reaching goals... and much more!

These sessions are for the parent/carer who believes that their child is not a broken thing to be fixed,but could use some support to truly thrive and bring through their unique magic!

By the way... these sessions are suitable for adults too!

These sessions are mini but mighty ... designed to empower you with tools to use at home for increased connection and reduced overwhelm.

I want you to get REAL VALUE from this session! During our Zoom session we’ll tune in energetically to your child and use muscle testing and energy work to prioritise ways to assist them energetically, emotionally, and physically....yes, this can be done remotely!

Harmonise (family) Initial Zoom

Please Note: This is not a stand-alone service, but is part of the 'Harmonise' Family package which involves kinesiology sessions and additional support for two (or more) family members at a discounted rate.

Package Details (what’s included?):

1 x Initial Zoom session (30-45 mins) where we look at what feels stuck individually and in the family dynamic.
Parents may share what is going on with their kids or they may like to pop in and share – depending on their age etc.

2 x full kinesiology sessions for 2 family members (4 sessions in total). These sessions are in-person (Auckland) or remote with email/Zoom follow-up.

During the individual sessions we go deep, looking at dysfunctional patterns in the limbic system and brain, working to enhance connectivity and bring subconscious beliefs to the surface to be addressed.

Exercises for home support will be provided after each session – to support mindset, energy and nervous system health.

1x Follow-up Zoom check in: To reflect on what has shifted. Awareness of progress is important as it opens us up to further transformation. We will briefly discuss pathways forward and any exercises to continue with for the ongoing positive evolution of the family unit.
